How does The Placement Agency Plan work?
- A representative will meet with you to discuss your childcare needs and also to provide you with relevant information pertaining to employing a nanny.
- Once you complete a family application form and submit an application fee, our representative will begin referring nannies to your family.
- For each nanny referred, you will be provided with information about the nannies’ education and work history, previous employers and references feedback, a personality profile, question and answer document taken from their application, and contact information to set up an interview.
- Once you have interviewed a nanny, we will collect feedback from the prospect and you to determine if an appropriate match was achieved. These steps will be repeated until you are fully satisfied with the result.
- We will perform a background check on the chosen nanny and conduct a meeting between you and the nanny to negotiate a job description, sign contracts, answer questions, and choose a start date for employment. We will follow up frequently with you and your nanny to ensure satisfaction.
How do I Hire a Temporary Nanny through The Executive Nanny?
- The same process is followed for a temporary nanny as for a long-term nanny.
How do The Event Care Services work?
- The organizer of the event will contact The Executive Nanny with information pertaining to the event.
- The organizer will complete an Event Request Form and submit a small booking fee to save the date.
- The Executive Nanny will provide childcare for the event and an invoice of agency fees will be given on the date of the event.
- At the end of the event, the organizer will pay each caregiver directly based on an hourly rate.
